La version anglaise de ce document fait foi. Nous ne publions délibérément pas de traduction non revue juridiquement.
1. What we collect
Account data (email, and your GitHub identifier if you sign in with GitHub), the text of the ideas you submit for generation, the resulting skill packages, and technical logs including IP address, user agent and request timing.
2. Why we collect it
To operate the generator and registry, to enforce free-tier limits and prevent abuse, to bill for paid usage, to measure and publish our generation latency, and to improve output quality. We do not sell personal data.
3. Processors
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare. Text submitted for generation is sent to the model provider serving your request in order to produce the output. Payments, when enabled, are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record; we do not receive or store card details.
4. Retention
Generation inputs and outputs are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for abuse investigation. Technical logs are retained for a short operational window. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We honour these requests regardless of jurisdiction. Requests can be sent to the address published on the site.
6. Cookies
We set a small number of first-party cookies that are necessary for the service: a counter for anonymous free generations, and a session cookie once you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Changes
We will update the date below when this policy changes, and give notice of material changes before they take effect.
