1. The service

Skillsify generates skill packages for coding agents from a description you provide, and hosts a public registry of such packages. The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the descriptions you submit and of the skill packages generated from them. You grant us a licence to process your input for the sole purpose of generating and validating output, and to store it for abuse prevention and service improvement.

3. Generated output

Generated skills are produced by a language model and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before relying on it, and for ensuring that its use complies with the licences of any software it interacts with. We make no warranty that generated output is fit for any particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate content that is unlawful, that infringes another party's rights, that is designed to compromise systems you are not authorised to access, or that circumvents the technical limits of the service. We may suspend access for a breach of this section.

5. Payment and credits

Credits are consumed only on a successful generation. A failed generation is not charged. Where credits are purchased, purchase terms and refund rights are those stated at the point of sale by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service. Where a change materially reduces a paid entitlement you have already purchased, we will provide notice and a pro-rata remedy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
